Update 10/10/2025: Bicep configuration is deployed via the release pipeline; manual release only necessary for testing prior to merging into develop/main.
insights+ infrastructure (Azure resources) are maintained in a bicep configuration. Changes should not be made directly to these resources in Azure as they will be overwritten using the official deployment method.
