One complication here is that we might need to switch the color palette depending on the chapter we are working on. For hs_wf_outcomes project the color palette for highest educational attainment categories switched from education color palette to workforce color palette. We could create separate color map for each theme (intervention_comparison_map_edu & intervention_comparison_map_wf).
